Key Technology and Application of Homogeneous Ion Membrane Preparation

Due to its special ion selectivity, ion exchange membrane is applied to material separation, chemical production and other fields as an important substance and be widely used in the recovery and recycling of waste acid and waste lye in metallurgy, chemicals, rare earths, electronic etching, playing a critical role in the separation and purification of salty materials or “Near Zero Emission” in salty wastewater.

In cooperation with the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), we have tackled several key technical bottlenecks in the preparation and application of homogeneous ion membrane, successfully developed homogeneous ion membrane materials and membrane assemblers, and realized the original innovation of homogeneous ion membrane materials and integrated innovation of “Membrane Preparation - Membrane Device - Membrane Application” and other complete technologies.

 

Key Technology for the Design and Preparation of High-performance Rubber Nanocomposites for Fuel-efficient Tires

In close cooperation with Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT) and other entities, we have developed in-situ modified dispersion technology and emulsion nanocomposite technology to solve the dispersion and interface interaction of nanofillers in industrial application. We developed high-performance rubber nanocomposite materials for three key components including fuel-saving tire tread rubber and wire gasket ring and airtight &lining layer to realize the industrial application of fuel-efficient tires for cars at the optimal level, international fuel-saving level (B level) and safety level (A level).

 

Key Technology and Industrial Application of Green Synthesis in Substitution for Aromatic Amines

In cooperation with Zhejiang University of Technology, we have resolved three major technical difficulties: The innovation of antioxidant catalyst and its application, the innovation of process technology and the innovation of engineering equipment. We have developed the “New Process and Industrialization Technology of Precious Metal Catalytic Hydrogenation to Synthesize Antioxidant 6PPD” and successfully applied to the synthesis of antioxidant 6PPD, achieving low energy consumption, high quality, high yield and eliminating the waste water, exhaust gas, and industrial slag. It also reduces the requirements for equipment and operation.

 

Open Innovative Platforms

Joint Engineering Research Center for Marine Coatings and Functional Materials

The Marine Chemical Research Institute was awarded the Joint Engineering Research Center for Marine Coatings and Functional Materials by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). The Center will be dedicated to the scientific research and engineering study of marine coatings, heavy anti-corrosion coatings and functional coatings (materials) for breaking the generic and key R&D and production technology bottlenecks of marine coatings and functional materials. The Center will provide the industry with engineering test and verification environment for technology development and application, and cultivate the main body of the cluster for marine coatings and functional materials.

National-Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Technology and Equipment in Chemical Process

Tianhua Institute of Chemical Machinery & Automation was awarded “National-Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Technology and Equipment in Chemical Process” by NDRC. The Center will research and develop key generic technologies, cutting-edge technologies, modern engineering technologies and disruptive technological innovations for technological progress and structural adjustment, focusing on tackling bottlenecks such as the key technologies and equipment in industrial development.

National Engineering Research Center for Dyestuffs

Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry was entitled the National Engineering Research Center for Dyestuffs by NDRC. The Center is mainly engaged in the research of dyestuffs, including dyestuffs, organic pigments, printing and dyeing aids, synthesis of organic intermediates, commercial processing, and application of dyestuffs.

National Engineering Research Center of Pesticides

Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry was entitled the National Engineering Research Center of Pesticides by NDRC. The Center mainly conducts innovative research on new pesticides, and conducts research on chemistry and chemical testing, efficacy, safety evaluation, technology and engineering research on new pesticides.
